Two separate businesses have leased new industrial office and warehouse spaces from Fife Capital at 26-28 Nelson Road in Yennora, reflecting the on-going demand for industrial space in Sydney’s west.Sydney-based electrical, engineering and contracting service, Energen Contracting has leased Unit 1, a 1,178 sqm office/warehouse at a rate of $165psmpa net on a 5-year lease term.Shook Group, a bubble tea supplier, has leased Unit 5, a 705 sqm office/warehouse on a 5 year term at a rental rate of $165psmpa net.The deals were negotiated byAlex SarroffandBrenton Thompsonat Savills Australia who said, “It was important for us to help Energen find a new location in Sydney’s west to accommodate its services, which are in high demand across Greater Sydney.
