Savills Appoints Niall Kumar To Sydney Hotels Team

Savills Australia and New Zealand has strengthened its hotels expertise and capabilities with the appointment of hotel specialist, Niall Kumar, to its Sydney-based team. Niall joins the global agency with extensive experience in property investment, acquisitions, and financial analysis, combined with a Masters in Property Investment and Development.Niall joins Savills following a successful tenure at Salter Brothers Funds Management, where he spearheaded a wide range of strategic responsibilities including acquisitions, underwriting, deal origination, and market research.
