Quay At Waterfront Newstead Completed

Quay is the latest stage in the transformation of Newstead’s former industrial area into a mixed-use community, a redevelopment effort that has been underway for more than two decades.With an estimated75 per cent of apartments now occupied by owners, the building reflects the strong demand for inner-city living in Brisbane.
