CouriersPlease has committed to a new lease on a 3,330 sqm existing industrial facility in Brendale, QLD with ISPT.The facility located at 2/26 Scouts Crossing Rd, Brendale North will become CouriersPlease’s new parcel delivery centre for the North Brisbane area.The facility features drive around access and multiple on-grade doors.Phil Reid, Chief Operating Officer at CouriersPlease says, “This latest facility will consolidate two sites into a new, more efficient operation to keep up with increased ecommerce volume demands.”Nick Greenwell, Director at TMX, a supply chain consultant, secured a 3-year Lease for CouriersPlease at $125/sqm with ISPT.“Brendale North is a proven strategic location for CouriersPlease within their network, with this new facility better able to service their customers in the North Brisbane area,” says Greenwell.CouriersPlease will be operational on this site in July 2021.Scouts Crossing RoadPrevious ArticleNext Article
