ISPT has reached another milestone in our Logistics & Warehousing development pipeline, commencing construction of the first facility at Bessemer Business Park in Blacktown, NSW.A strategic infill redevelopment site, Bessemer Business Park is located in Sydney’s growing North West, with direct access to one of the main connection roads, the M7.ISPT have secured their first tenant, taking 3,600 sqm of the 12,600 sqm facility.Ben Keen, General Manager of Logistics & Warehousing said: “ISPT continues to focus on unlocking our existing development opportunities.
