A ready to build development site with DA approval for a hotel within Bendigo’s Hargreaves Mall precinct has been listed for sale by Bendigo Hotel Investments.Located at 306 Hargreaves Street, the site has been approved for a 110-room four-star hotel with hospitality, retail and meeting facilities at ground level fronting Hargreaves Mall.CBRE’s Scott Callow is managing the sale via an Expression of Interest campaign closing 23 November 2023.Bendigo services a population of circa 100,000 people with commercial, health and educational needs across central and northern Victoria. The region is steeped in history dating back to Victoria’s early settlement which is a key driver for tourism to the area.“Bendigo has experienced significant uplift in demand through the shift to regional travel and popularity of the short stay market.
